What should I bring to my first session?

For your first session, please bring suitable running shoes, a water bottle, a high visibility vest or belt (bright clothing will do!), and most of all a positive attitude. 

How are the training programs personalised?

Our training programs are personalised based on a comprehensive assessment of your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs or preferences you may have. We then tailor a program that is specifically designed to help you achieve your goals.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results can vary based on several factors including your commitment, starting point, and personal goals. However, with consistent effort and following the program, you can expect improvements in your fitness level, strength, endurance, and overall health.

Do I need anything for the army fitness training?

To join the army training programs, you just need a 20kg-capable rucksack, a pair of running-friendly walking boots, and the determination of a soldier. Any inquiries about basic training and army life will be addressed by my wife and me, both former service members.

Is the army fitness training online ?

Yes, the army fitness programmes can be delivered online.
